February 2014 – Adoption of the locally preferred alternative
In February 2014, after reviewing the Salem Alternative with their respective councils or commissions, the Oversight Team (the project’s decision-making group) recommended the Preferred Alternative. The group will meet during 2014 to discuss alternative design refinements, funding, and the environmental process.
